Dr. Peter Sakovich
Dr. Peter Sakovich is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Sakovich received his bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He then attended Texas Tech Medical School in Lubbock, Texas. Graduating in 1982, Dr. Sakovich began a family practice residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Forth Worth. He then completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology. From 1987-1994 he was in practice at Northeast Medical Clinic Association in the mid-cities. In 1994, he moved to Irving and founded MacArthur OB/Gyn. After delivering over 5,000 babies Dr. Sakovich states that each delivery is still special and miraculous. Dr. Sakovich sums up his practice saying, "I am proud to have served the women of Irving and the Mid-cities for almost 20 years. I take pride in my commitment to provide quality care in obstetrics, gynecology and surgical problems. Dr. Sakovich is a frequent speaker on natural hormone therapy.

Dr. Jeff Livingston

Dr. Jeff Livingston joined MacArthur OB/Gyn in 2003. He is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Livingston grew up in Dallas graduating from J.J. Pearce High School. He then attended Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas where he played basketball and majored in Spanish. He then returned to Dallas to attend the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. After completing his residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital, he moved to Irving to work with MacArthur OB/Gyn. He is fluent in Spanish and sign language. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and family. They are members of White's Chapel United Methodist Church in Southlake, TX. Dr. Livingston states, "I am committed to providing each patient with thorough and compassionate care." Dr. Livingston works closely with Irving Independent School District on several committees. He is a frequent speaker in the community on sexually transmitted disease prevention and teen pregnancy prevention. Dr. Livingston is the Medical Director of a crisis pregnancy center called Real Choices. He also serves as the chairman of the OB/Gyn Department at Baylor Medical Center of Irving.

Dr. Collette Dominique

Dr. Collette Dominique joined MacArthur OB/Gyn in 2004. She is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana. She received her bachelor's degree in Biology from Xavier University in New Orleans. She then attended Louisiana State University in Shreveport. She moved to Dallas in 2000 for her residency at the prestigious Parkland Memorial Hospital. Dr. Dominique states, "Whether its infertility, childbirth or routine gynecologic care I am committed to helping women at every stage of their lives."

Dr. Elia Fanous joined MacArthur OB/Gyn in January of 2008.  He is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  Dr. Fanous grew up in Arlington, TX and graduated from Sam Houston High School.  He then went to Baylor University and graduated with a Bachelor degree in Biology with Chemistry minor.  Afterwards, he enrolled in graduate school at Baylor and received a Master of Clinical Gerontology degree.  He then went on to medical school at Texas Tech and graduated in 2001.  After finishing medical school, he completed his training in OB/Gyn at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, and then started practicing in Irving, TX in 2005.  Dr. Fanous is fluent in Arabic and conversational medical Spanish.  In his free time, he enjoys watching his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys, play and win, and other Dallas sports teams in general.  He also loves spending time with his family, especially his twin girls Ella and Emma.  Dr. Fanous states, “My goal is to form a personal relationship with each of my patients.  And, by spending quality time and educating them by giving thorough explanations, we can make personalized medical decisions that are best for each individual patient and thus gives them the best medical care.”  Dr. Fanous enjoys all aspects of OB/Gyn, including infertility, obstetrics, gynecology, and pelvic surgery and strives to give personalized, compassionate, and the best care possible for women in any and all stages of life.

Kim Sakovich, RNC, WHNP-C

Kim Sakovich, RNC, WHNP-C joined MacArthur OB/GYN as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 2006. She brings with her 27 years of experience in the medical field ranging from emergency medicine, operating room technology and nursing. While raising a family, she graduated with honors in 1998 with a Bachelor’s of Science with a major in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. She then began working in labor and delivery at Baylor Medical Center of Irving, soon becoming charge nurse. There she has been recognized for outstanding nursing and patient care as well as being selected one of the Great 100 Nurses in the DFW area in 2004. She went on to receive her Masters of Science and her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner certification in 2006, again from Texas Woman’s University. She continues to work one shift a month in labor and delivery. She grew up in the Ft. Worth area. She is married and has four children, whose lives she remains very active. In her spare time she enjoys working in the community including Summer Santa with Dr. Sakovich, teaching in the nurse internship, and spends a lot of time with the Richland High School Band as the nurse. She enjoys sewing, cooking and crafts and being with her family. She spends a lot of time educating her patients. Women’s health includes promoting and protecting health throughout the lifespan. She believes that the attainment of education allows women to be partners in their health care. She believes in incorporating emotional, spiritual and physical needs in care in order for the woman to make her own choices about her health within the context of her personal, cultural and family needs.
